Toy for all ages! December 3, 2008 Hasbro Playskool Busy Ball Popper
This toy is a favorite with our grandchildren. We first bought it for my granddaughter on her first Christmas at one years old. Then we were blessed to receive two more grandchildren from states away for good! Now, I can't put it away from our 3 1/2 year old grandson. My husband and I so much enjoy watching the children play and we've had it for almost a year now. In my opinion, it is one of the best toys out there.
Yes, the plastic balls; you have to fetch them. But what toys do you not have to fetch at some point anyway? Our set has stayed in tact and has worked on key with every push of the coveted button. And we sing along to the music since we grandparents aren't too old that we can't remember at least some of the words. That is an extra treat for them.
The only draw-back is that the toy doesn't come with an extra set of plastic balls for replacement. Since our grandchildren love this toy so much, those plastic balls are like gold around here.
One more thing...I just bought another one on Amazon tonight for a Christmas present for our grandson. I bet someone is rolling their eyes!
Warning: Causes Unbelievable Smiles & Laughter December 3, 2008 My son LOVES his ball popper!!! He grins and laughs with reckless abandon. I totally recommend the toy! I just wish it came with more balls.
Lots of fun for a long time December 2, 2008 My daughter got this for her first birthday, and, unlike other toys she quickly outgrew, she still loves this one! She was able to operate it at a young age, but was able to still enjoy it as she has gotten more mobile and can carry it
ball bopper review December 1, 2008 My daughter loves this toy. The only problem is she sometimes tips it over and the ramp for the balls sometimes pops out a little. I wish I had found this toy a long time ago. It sometimes keeps her occupied for an hour at a time.
Definite buy! December 1, 2008 This was my now six year olds toy when he was two. He loved it then and amazingly enough now that i dug it back out for my now 11 month old he loves to play with it again too. They both have a blast feeding the balls into it and then they scream and run after the balls that bounce out of the top and roll away. The only issue is you have to have at least three balls for it to work and with the way toddlers carry things off we are always looking for the balls for this. But this is an a great buy, kids are just drawn to it. And it's easy enough for a very young child to play with.
