At the price, I am convinced that it is the best paring knife you can buy. The blade is high-quality and the handle is very comfortable. Best knves for the price   December 16, 2008 I'm a 64 yr old Grama, been cooking since I was 11. I'm a big fan of America's Test Kitchen and bought my first Victorinox knife on their recommendation. I'm buying these knives for my grown, children. These knives just keep on giving they stay sharp and are well balanced. I received my knives 3 days after ordering through Amazon.
